For this Advanced Graphic Design assignment at Georgetown University, I was tasked with writing and designing a book on typeface classifications, detailing the anatomy, history and application of each one. I paired each type classification with a species of houseplant, including its history and care instructions. After researching each type classification and plant species to write the book’s copy, I created illustrations of each plant in Illustrator and designed the book layout in InDesign before having the book printed using Blurb.
